We are so excited to announce our new program; Nourish. Breathe. Feel. Group Program. In this six session program we will work as a small group community to educate and uncover the many facets of our stressed lives and it's impact on our eating. We will look to build a community that is engaged and excited about exploring and healing together.
Program runs: Thursday for 6 consecutive sessions. (See below for upcoming open sessions).
