6  sessions to develop your tools to transition from emotional eating to the other side of health and wellness

We are so excited to announce our new program; Nourish. Breathe. Feel. Group Program.  In this six session program we will work as a small group community to educate and uncover the many facets of our stressed lives and it's impact on our eating.  We will look to build a community that is engaged and excited about exploring and healing together.

  • Program runs: Thursday for 6 consecutive sessions.  (See below for upcoming open sessions).

  • Small group calls // Thursday 12MST  // 1 hour // Recorded for those who cannot attend

  • Weekly recipe books to help explore a variety of new recipes and ways of eating

  • WhatsApp daily group/community support

  • Online learnings content & support videos

  • Access to two dedicated & experienced health coaches to work with you through your challenges

  • Total investment $179

What we will work on:  We will look to build a community that is engaged and excited about exploring and healing together through various practical tools that you can use daily.  We will explore what it means to:

  • be nourished through food and life

  • breathe in a way that is effective, supportive, and healing

  • feel your body and emotions in a way acknowledges your true power and authentic self
