Kids Yoga Club

Thank you so much for joining me for our first Kids Yoga Club! We had a fantastic time exploring poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness!

October 2023: Story Time Yoga

For this program, our young yogis focused on yoga flows, what they are and how to make them.  They worked hard to connect poses using their breathe and moving from one to another in a graceful way. It was soooo much fun to watch them create their own AND teach to their peers. It was pretty darn cool!

Thank you.

I so appreciate your support. As a small business, your feedback is essential to my personal growth. Testimonials are also important as your voice is appreciated by others considering similiar options. If you have a moment, please send an email to jessica@jkbwellness.com and include anything that may be helpful.  What value you received? What benefits did you notice? What did your child share with you? What do you feel that they learned?

Yoga Club will definitely be back in the new school year and I'll make sure you know about the upcoming dates and schedule via email as summer comes to a close. I hope that you have a fantastic summer and do LOTS of yoga!

My absolutely best to you and thank you for your support.

Previous Programs:

March 2023: Why Yoga?

For this program, our little people focused on the benefits of yoga; poses, breathing, and mindfulness.  We explore five benefits of the practice; strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and community.  Each class included physical poses, breathing exercises, mindfulness work, and partner poses.

January 2023: I am.

During our yoga series we explored ways of being; brave, kind, focused, peaceful, strong, and ME!  During our last class together your kids completed this hand where they wrote words that described themselves. It was very sweet.

I am me handout.

I am Series

Each class included a worksheet where your kids could write, draw, or color.  Here are some of the contributions during our time together.
