About the Event
This class is a 30 minute yogic sleep mediation. This is an active mediation where we will systematically work through the body to optimize healing and rest. I love this class my friends and I hope you do too.
After a seated OM, please be prepared to lay down and be still for the duration of the meditation through the use of lots of pillows for under the knees and head, blankets to keep warm, and anything else to maximize comfort.
Lastly, taking a yoga class before like the Dharma 3 practice with me is a great way to have a full experience. Reach out if you'd like to join as I host this closed group class Sundays at 9am PST.
