Kids Yoga Birthday Experience

Service Description

We will begin with a fun special birthday yoga class, paying particular attention to any themes and special interests the birthday yogi loves and enjoys. Depending on skill and age level, we will try our best at lots of partner yoga work and building great shapes with our bodies, both of which take great skill and coordination. We will also complete a fun craft of making mindfulness jars the kids can take home with them! Excited to share your special day with you! All ages, all levels of experience!
