6  sessions to develop your tools to transition from emotional eating to the other side of health and wellness

We are so excited to announce our new program; Breathe. Move. Feel. Coaching Experience.  In this six session program we will work as a small group community to educate and uncover the many facets of our stressed lives and it's impact on our eating.  We will look to build a community that is engaged and excited about exploring and healing together.  There's more to come, but here are some basics.  

  • Program runs: Thursday, October 14th - Thursday, November 18th

  • Group Calls // Thursday 12MST  // 1 hour // Recorded for those who cannot attend

  • Weekly recipe books to help explore a variety of new recipes and ways of eating

  • WhatsApp daily group/community support

  • Online learnings content & support videos

  • Access to two dedicated & experienced health coaches to work with you through your challenges

  • Total investment $179
