Service Description
Join certified kids yoga instructor Jess Kos Birney for a fun 6-week series where we will explore yoga poses, breathing, mindfulness, play, connection, and rest. Free play in the gym is welcome before or after class. Please bring water and yoga mats if you have them. If you don't have them, then a beach towel can also work. Wear comfortable clothes that everyone can move in as this is a full participation class! No experience needed for the caregiver or the child! Let's have some fun exploring yoga! $150 for the 6 series of classes which is good for one caregiver and one child. And additional fee of $50 will be charged for an additional child.
